Watch out for the staff adding extra to your bill! I bought a bottle of wine and 2 beers. After I paid by card, I realised the total didn't sound right. I came back to the counter and asked for the itemised receipt. As I thought, this showed a lower total than what they had entered on the card machine. When I asked for the itemised receipt, the shop attendant immediately gave me back the amount extra she had charged me, without me asking or saying anything else. She did not apologise. Her reaction looked like she does the same trick often. I'd gone here rather than paying less in the nearby supermarket to support an independent shop, but I didn't expect to be cheated out of extra money in addition.

Small location but great selection of beer and wine etc. Nice to see so many excellent German beers.

Amazing shop. Staff are so useful in helping you pick out wine when you don't know much about wine. Also great selection of beers. Thank you to Jack for being a great staff member and helping me decide what beers are good !
