Found this pub/restaurant by chance. We had a drink and decided to have food there that night, got to say the food was outstanding and value for money. The staff were excellent. Will definitely go back when I visit this lovely part off the world.
Gorgeous food, table of 7 & everybody enjoyed the food. Fabulous evening all round, great relaxed atmosphere. Very attentive wait staff, all working very hard. Can't wait to go back.Food: 5/5
We found the Village Inn while stopping nearby. There was 20 of us and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. The staff and food was fantastic. Thank you for making our first night in Dalton in Furness a success.
The staff were great friendly and attentive the food was really good and plentiful there were 4 of us and all had a different meal and we all enjoyed it , there was also quite a large small portion menu if you had a small appetiteFood: 5/5
Quite a lot of choice on the menu. Ordered the mini mixed grill. Lots of meat, but steak was a bit tough and not very tasty. Waited quite a long time for food to be delivered. Staff were very friendly.Food: 3/5

Amazing! Easily accommodated our party of 20. We even had our wedding reception here 5 years ago. Staff are amazing, welcoming and cheeky everything you expect from a village pub. Food was amazing everyone was happy and at least 1 has some sort of problem but not 1.
