My room was very noisy the double glazed window did not keep the motorway noise out otherwise the bar and sports tv was pretty good . Food which was a chicken curry was a bit basic. The gym and pool looked pretty good but I didn’t use it as was in a rushRooms: 2/5
Warm friendly welcome, clean tidy modern room. Good facilities on site. Helpful & friendly staff throughout. HOWEVER, if you get a room with interconnecting rooms, be aware the soundproofing isn't that great., heard all our neighbours phone conversations, their 'activities' in their room, and their tv might as wel have been on in my room. Rooms: Clean, modern well appointed room
stayed on this occasion in a room which is awaiting refurb, but staff were par excellent and location is good. breakfast only ok, as they have one of thoses irritating toaster which takes forever, and tea and coffe machnes was not hot enough water. wish we could go back to the days of buffet breakfast, where the staff ataleast provided tea and toast to the table. less hassle for everyone, and would avoid toaster queues
Wife and I called in for Lunch. Service was excellent. A special mention for, Sophie, Edmann and Chloe. All of whom could not have done anymore, to make us feel, more welcome. We, are looking forward to the next visit.Service: 5/5
Staff here are absolutely great. From the reception to the bar staff, excellent. Breakfast was great. Didn't have fried egg but 2 was made for me within 5 mins after requesting. Only let down was the rooms, I stayed in room 218 which wasn't the greatest. Bathroom had a old urine patch on the floor. Dust around the room which caused me to have a sore throat in the morning. Overall overpriced imo but thanks for the staffs help.
Not the best experience, probably wouldn’t use the group again. Premium inns make this look quite poor value, rooms dated, needed maintenance, family room really was equivalent to a camp bed for children and I could have taken a better one. Pool area looks alright, but children can’t use anything but the pool if below a certain age. My wife wasn’t aloud to watch because no seats…there were seats. Breakfast- without going into detail was inedible, eggs- there wasn’t any. Just didn’t rate anything other than the bar is good for watching football/sport. Filled feedback form constructively and they have just ignored that- another waste of my time.
me and my boyfriend came down to visit my friend who is staying, the staff in the bar are so polite and respectful, we was so impressed and thankful for the hospitality we will sure be back! As my first ever hotel I’ve visited I’m pleased to say I’m very happy thankyou! : thankyou to the 2 lovely ladies in the bar on 8/7/24 in the afternoon they were brilliant! The food was incredible x
Stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks to do training for work. Lovely staff who were always available 24/7. Katherine host manager goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. Thank you Katherine!Rooms: 4/5
We stayed at the village hotel Liverpool last weekend and we could not fault anything, the staff are lovely, so friendly and easy to talk to, nothing was a bother...housekeeping, leisure club staff, front desk, bar, it really doesn't matter where in the hotel you are the staff absolutely make the place. We will definitely be visiting again
Little disappointed with the Village , I asked for a quite room , but ended up been next to motorway which was noisy, room had no sockets near bed for phone chargers. Equal quality to Premier innRooms: 3/5
