I have used Villa for 7 years. Always for check ups and nothing more. That is until the last month. I have had toothache. They sorted it quickly efficiently and enabled me to fit in around work. Cannot recommend enough.

Broke a tooth on Friday and made an appointment for 12:15 on Monday, confirmed by text message. Arrived 10 mins early only to be told that my appointment had been moved to 19 January and the dentist had gone for an early lunch! Change was made at 11:30 on the Saturday but I received no contact. Looks like the practice manager (who made the change) arranges lunches too. Not recommended. UPDATE: I was called and told someone called on my behalf to move the appointment on the Saturday morning. Absolute rubbish as only my wife knew about it AND my date of birth. Seems the practice manager is either very creative or they have very poor security if someone can call and pretend to be me.
