Great service. My dentist was excellent. Really put me at ease for a tooth extraction. Pulled out all the stops to get me treated before my holiday.

The Dentist, himself is actually great. But the service by the rest of the staff is appalling. They never seem to answer the phone, always put on hold. They advertise that they are open until 8pm on certain days. I've been "number 1" in the call que for 30 minutes now and still no answer. I eventually gave up.  This has happened even when i have called during 9-5.

Genuinely the worst dental experience i could have imagined, dental nurse and her assistant were not prepared spent most of the time looking for tools. Extremely rude and ignorant throughout the procedure, i did not feel comfortable at any point. Do not use this practice!!! If i could rate less than 1 star i would. 😡😡😡

Takes forever to get hold of them to make an appointment. When you do eventually speak to them, they can only offer appointments months away. Insist that you need 45 minutes for an adult and 2 small children to be seen when we a have never been in the room for longer than 15. If there were any other NHS dentists within a thirty mile radius I would change practice in a heartbeat.
