Update 27/10/2017 had to call up 4 times because they kept hanging up on me. I was only calling because their card machine was broken and I needed to pay them. Adjusting rating down from 2 stars. Don't bother turning up early like I did, they will just make your wait 25 minutes anyway. Less than ideal when they have already cancelled your appointment that week and you have to take your child to nursery school.
