I’ve only been with this practice for around a year and i’ve had nothing but brilliant service. Every practice is under pressure right now but wilsden always make time for you. The reception staff are lovely and it’s so convenient having the pharmacy across the way. Really impressed, keep up the amazing work!

Challenging process to get an appointment, but actual care is pretty good once you speak to someone or get a face to face.

Extremely  helpful,  the staff are friendly, caring  and kind, they will always go ' that extra mile' to help you. I have noticed that the receptionist  are always  patient with the most difficult  of patients. The doctors and nurses are amazing. I have been a patient for 44 years and have never had a reason to complain  about my treatment  by any member of staff . I feel that we are very lucky to have them.

Having been a Wilsden resident for just over 4 years now i feel the Wilsden Medical Practice is absolutely unfit for purpose and is a let down to all residents signed up to their so called service . In August last year I developed something which I believe to be plantar fasciitis. I have spoken to a doctor at the surgery and they are unwilling to see me and i have a referral to a podiatrist in February on my own diagnosis. I also recently visited the asthma clinic where the nurse was concerned about high blood pressure and i was told to go away and monitor it using my own equipment . On submitting my readings i was called back and told i need to have an ECG test to establish what medication i should be put on . I have since spoken to an independent medical professional and they have advised me not to accept any medication until i have been put on a 48 hour blood pressure monitor. On each occasion i have visited the practice the place has been empty and all they can do is offer you a ring back in a few weeks . Other people in other local areas have no problem getting an appointment to see a doctor . There is something seriously wrong with this practice and I’m sure I’m not alone with my views . Their 2.7 star rating says it all.

Can only book appointments on the day and no longer have a service to book ahead! What an absolute joke, the appointments on the day should only be for people that need immediate attention. People that require to book in advance could be because they need to book time off to go to the practice.

All my experiences at this practice have been positive. This week my husband has been ill, and we have received excellent care and attention. We all wish appointments could be booked in advance, but times are changing, and the staff are doing their best. Glad to use this surgery. Thank you.

Appalling surgery, nurses on long term sick so closest blood test is miles away in Keighley, but good luck as they said my blood form would be ready on a certain day for me to arrive and for them to tell me to come back the next day despite me working nights and arranging shifts around this. Also make sure you appear very middle class because if you don't meet the receptionists billing you are likely to to be looked upon and talked to like rubbish. I am now in the process of transferring to a new surgery as I refuse to be fed false information and to be judged for my appearance as no-one should be made to feel that they are being discriminated against and treated differently based purely on their appearance which is undoubtedly what will become of any person who doesn't meet whatever standards it is that are set by the staff and I hope that all staff and management are ashamed that they make people feel this way, I am a tax payer and deserve so much better than the service that has been on offer at this practice for the past few years.

I feel 1 star is generous. Rude and unhelpful reception staff. The admin side is dreadful. The most simple requests seem to take forever and often mistakes are made. Most of the doctors are good to be fair. Update: It's funny how you have said get in touch on here , but when I tried today you were far too busy. Another appalling experience with the reception team as well who were, as usual, very unhelpful.

Always had excellent care by the receptionists, nurses and doctors here for my family and I. The appointment system pre-covid was frustrating however the way it seems to be running now with telephone consultations etc has been really effective in my experience. Had a few medical issues since lockdown and each time the response has been quick and thorough from the initial consultation to getting tests and treatment. Thank you for all of your hard work, it's appreciated.
