I am an NHS patient I only ever go for my teeth to be cleaned the usual dental appointment set up for a clean but all they did was a dental check up, in order to make money out of me to come back for my usual teeth clean avoid at all costs no wonder our NHS is in dire straits.

I arrived for my appointment early and waited 45 minutes before having to leave.

At no point did the staff inform me of any delays and when I notified them  I was leaving they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another appointment!

An absolute waste of my time.

Very bad dentist had exception card and they took the piss by doing root canals that caused abscess and mark Haworth who suddenly left in front of the dental association board avoid them please

WORST DENTIST EVER! Would not recommend! My partner went to them with a abscess, he was prescribed antibiotics and told to return in a week after he had taken the course of antibiotics. After a week we returned and he removed my partners tooth when he still had the abscess (which your not allowed to do until infection has cleared). Caused my partner a even bigger infection in his face resulting in him been in absolute agony and having to take the strongest pain killers and antibiotics and now he may need to be admitted to hospital if the abscess hasn't cleared in three days! The receptionist then become very rude when the complaint was made, and started arguing the fact that my partners dental abscess had gone before the dentist removed his tooth, which it hadn't as his face was still very swollen and no X-ray was done to check the infection had cleared! After paying over £100 for treatments I am extremely appalled by this service and the rudeness of the staff! The customer is always right!

i am nhs person but they keep trying to sell me everything private because its better even cleanings.
