We bought our Adria from Amanda and had a handover from Chris in November, 23. To say these guys were amazing is a bit of an understatement: they were always so kind and nothing, literally nothing, was too much trouble. All our questions were treated with such respect even though they must have answered the same questions time and time again with other customers.nnWhen it came to collection day, we had to cancel the arrangement with an hour to go for a situation beyond our control; but even then, it was no trouble whatsoever. They couldn't have been more helpful.nnIf you're looking for an exceptional quality caravan, a no-pressure sales experience, and superb post-sales support, then I'd recommend you check out Viscount Leisure: they truly are awesome.
Highly recommend Viscount Leisure. Friendly, no pressure sales interaction with Charles as we looked to upgrade from our current 16 year old caravan. And quick, no fuss assistance by Chris for a couple of minor issues found once we got the van home. As a customer service manager myself I was impressed with the whole experience.
Can’t recommend these guys enough, no sales pressure just a genuine people who are passionate about caravans. After purchasing our first caravan they kindly explained what we needed in the way of accessories and ensured we were 100% ready for our first trip.nnNothing was too much trouble, hence me taking the time to leave a review – if you are looking for caravan with reassurance of after sales then visit these guys.
Advertising on Facebook to come and look round there shop drove 15 miles for some needed supplies while on holiday to be met with closed gates shop now permanently closed would be nice if there website clearly made you aware of this or there misleading Facebook posts advertising a now closed shop
Amazing service very happy with my purchase and the customer service was outstanding
