I have had problems with car sales before , promises , ignored once the sale completes , but all I can say is this place is superb .
From Jed who initially sent me a video presentation of the car , to Richard who sorted my issue out imiadiatley .
I was contacted by Jed on several occasions to give me updates of the sale .
When I had an issue with the vehicle , Richard advised me to go straight to a garage ( I did , a Mercedes specialist )and he will pay whatever it costs to fix the issue (something to do with the battery)I gave the repair garage Richard and Jed’s number to liaise with them  , within an hour , Richard emailed me to say the garage has been paid in full and I can book the car in ! THAT IS PRO ACTIVE , after the repair , I had a call from Jed to ask if everything is ok and I am happy .
Honestly , I am a fussy nightmare but the level of service I received was absolutely superb and I would like to thank you again , I will definitely be using your services in the future as will my friends and family .

Excellent service from Jed , he kept me updated throughout the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and at no point did I feel pressurised. I also dealt with other members of the sales team who were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm absolutely over the moon with my new vehicle, and would definitely recommend Sparshatts to family and friends.

If you want the classic 1970s used car salesman experience, go to Sparshatts. 
The best bit was being taken to see a car in the 'valet bay'. This turned out to be a very dilapidated domestic garage which, when opened, revealed a small, confused man smoking rollies on a stained pink sofa. The salesman (Simon) seemed like a nice guy in the wrong job. The other guy we saw (the manager??) was like a real life stereotype of the worst kind of car salesman. We imagined he probably bullied Simon. 
Hilariously bad. Like Fawlty Towers does cars.

😂😂😂😂😂😂 Oh yeah. And the staff know nothing about their cars and the cars are over priced.

Very good experience with the Sparshatts team in general and salesman Jed in particular. A slick operation; I'm inherently cynical about sales patter, but we had everything carefully explained to us, there was no pushy hard-sell and above all we felt that real integrity & trust were on display. Would definitely go back for another purchase. Very highly recommended.
