Very courteous & helpful staff; but food VERY POOR standard: My £10 Crispy Noodle Chicken dish would have been created for less than £0.99p in their kitchen and was nothing to write home about. Neither were the meals of the two guests I was with. Drinks extortionately expensive too. The £50 Bill left me with "Buyer's Remorse" for what little we had. Will not go there again.
Nice ambiance, friendly customer care. Food was good and quickly served after order was made. Recommended!!!!
Good food, large portions and very helpful staff
Awful experience! Waitress seemed lost when asking what to recommend.. spring rolls starter at £5.50 was empty batter with no filling, beef and soups was ok but stir fry veg was cold and not cooked. Glasses was stuck to the table obviously not clean, Toilet was dirty! Feel bad for the waitress obviously many people have had a bad experience as they seem so nervous when serving.. no wonder this Restuarant is empty! I thought it was worth a try, with so many new Restuarants open in Chelmsford I think they won’t be open for much longer.. avoid...
I went there yesterday to have some food and was in a rush.Asked the staff to bring chicken dish in 10-15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that i was served in 7 minutes and the food was so delicious.It was first time, i tried vietnamese food in life which was served very respectfully and happily .I would recommend to other known friends to try this. Strongly recommended.
5/5. Food was deeeeeelish.... wanted more even though the portions were huge.... never had Talapia before and was a little worried but so pleasently surprised. The sauce was gorgeous. A hint of fish sauce rather than the overpowering sauce i half expected. We had the Saigon feast and loved every bit of it. Staff were friendly and very informative with a good sense of humour. Food was a little slow, but it allowed us to digest each course without feeling rushed. Definitely will be returning to try out some more of their extensive menu. Oh and from my understanding, they don't use MSG in their kitchen and the food is low in carbs which leaves you feeling less bloated than other westernised Asian menus.
Staff are always pleasant and accommodating. My family is from north Vietnam so we naturally have a high standard for pho. Viet kitchen is delicious! A little salty but I love adding lots of lime and hot sauce. Their prices are considerably high but having moved here from Canada I'm just glad to have a local viet food spot. Would recommend anything on menu
Says it's open until 22:30, called to book a table for 21:00 and been told it's too late. Asked if 20:30 would be ok and the answer was: "only if you can finish your meal in 30min because we don't serve anymore food after 9". Heard really good things about the food, and the menu looks quite nice but after this "experience" I'm going somewhere else.
Had an appalling experience with the manager getting very Belligerent and pushy and saying I had to pay the optional service charge. I never pay the service charge on the bill, I prefer to leave it in cash so it goes to the waiting staff. He eventually relented and said he would remove it this once. Needless to say I told him that's right, there would only be a once. Such a shame as I was there with my younger son and it totally spoilt the meal
Had a lovely meal tonight. The waitress was super, especially tailoring the food for my vegan husband. Beef salad and glass noodle especially good!
