Lowest of the low, refused to fix my shower for 6 months which they legally have to do had no hot water for 6 months, so I withheld rent and then took me too court by sending the summons to the same flat that they knew I didn't live in. Proper scum this company.
Elkay were brilliant for our year long lease. Responsive, reliable and generally fair. Would recommend for anyone renting in Shoreditch / London.
