Went to play squash there but definitely not a squash club any more. The gym facilities look great but the place is looking very old and tired. Staff where lovely.

My favourite gym in southport. Everyone is so friendly and helps you with your fitness journey. The choice of pools is great too!

Fantastic place to go to get fit, staff and owner's are great and friendly a real family type gym and lots of different things to do for all types.
