Straight forward gym. Lots of kit available - machines appear to be of a better specification than Xercise4Less. Has the novelty of a jukebox so that the music is controlled by the patrons.
You get what you pay for. A lot of the equipment is normally broken, especially the step machine as one of the 2 is always out of action. Staff are always friendly and happy to help with any issues.
Never packed, excellent value for money, the gym is clean and and well looked after and has a good selection of equipment and free weights.
Good gym lots of freeweights treadmills good clean showers and wc bring your own padlock lockers.
Easy going gym. Well equipped. Extremely competitively priced. Weights and cardio machines.
A decent sized gym with classes if interested. No pool area.
I find it a good gym to Train at with a great atmosphere
