Best MMA gym in Liverpool! Classes for all levels in a variety of different combat sports, BJJ, grappling, wrestling, boxing, Thai Boxing and all possible combinations of them. All that in friendly and family like atmosphere. Highly recommended for everyone!

This is a top class gym to train in with a good friendly atmosphere. Everyone is willing to help regardless of there level of ability, which as a novice, is critical to feeling comfortable and progressing! MMA is a complex sport but you will get everything you need for it here! even if all you're looking for us to get fit! Get involved!

Always wanted my boy to be into football how'ever he had other ideas he got trained since he was 4 with next generation he has become respectful and determined  through out his training he has learned to fight so he doesn't have to ! Trainers have taught him about teamwork and discipline and above All confidence and respect ! #team ng next generation 👊👊👊👊

Fantastic gym and fantastic lads. Would highly recommend. Great mix of abilities & was made to feel welcome despite being a newbie
