Victoria Car Park in Llandudno is a great choice if you’re looking for convenient, central parking at a very reasonable price. With plenty of spaces available, it’s rarely a struggle to find a spot, even during busier times. The rates are excellent—just £2.50 for 4 hours or £3.00 for 5 hours, which is great value for the location.nnHowever, do be aware of the opening hours: the car park closes at 6pm Monday to Saturday and 5pm on Sundays, with no access after closing time. This has caught some people out, so it’s important to plan your visit accordingly. There are several clear notices both in the car park and the shopping mall, but it’s worth double-checking before you park, especially if you’re staying out late or planning an evening meal or show.nnOverall, it’s a clean, safe, and affordable place to park—just make sure to keep an eye on the closing times!
Warning for anyone visiting the city or beach! nnI do not recommend parking in this car park unless you’re sure of the closing time.nnMake sure you move your car before 6:00 pm, otherwise it may be locked inside.nnThis happened to me. I was lucky because one of the workers finished late and kindly let me take my car out. Thanks to him.nUnfortunately, several other cars were still locked in.nnPlease be careful and always check the car park closing times before leaving your vehicle.
DO NOT PARK HERE!!! There was a sign entering the car park in extremely small text explaining that the car park shuts its gates after 6, and not a single person in our group could read it. We then called the crime prevention number and the contact number on our parking ticket to which there was no answer or no assistance on how to retrieve our cars. Wandered the streets of Llandudno all night after being denied by all hotels as they were fully booked. We traveled down from west wales so taxi was not an option. Police could not offer their services. So our cars were trapped in this extremely unprofessional establishment. Luckily we made it through the night, however there were numerous individuals in the area that were using drugs and/or drunk. As a group of young adults we were afraid to be spending the night on the street despite our cars being only a few meters above on the second floor parking. I am appauled at the lack of assistance and no overnight security to attend situations like this which have happened in the past according to other victims reviews. Absolutely disgusting.
Convenient parking for a quick shop. Short term parking is free. Access is a bit 'tight' for larger cars and there's a height restriction which rules out vans or SUV's that's a good thing in my opinion.
This car park closes at 6 o’clock with no answer from the phone number even at 6:02 stood outside the entrance. No grace period.nnThe parking attended was rude to myself and a single mum who had no other transport or means of accommodation with one baby under 1year of age without milk/formula etc.nHe seemed proud to mention that a “party of 15 got locked out of their cars and had to spend £2500 on accommodation because the only place with availability was a more luxurious hotel venue”nnHow a car park can not have a 24hr contact number for people who can not make it back to the car park due to unforeseen circumstances frankly leaves vulnerable people in dangerous situations and is so easily rectifiable.nToday this nearly left a 14 year old stranded on his first date 30 minutes away from the carpark, a 7 year old crying, a child without formula/milk and several adults more stressed out than they need to be.nnImportantly, does it not make sense to have a 24hr access to the car park and just close the Mall?nnFortunately on this occasion the staff member allowed us access after being condescending of course, so 7 people at least did not end up stranded, I feel sorry for the large quantity of cars still locked inside.nnThis is clearly an ongoing systemic problem affecting lots of people. Do better.
