We visited when following the Alice in Wonderland Trail. There are quite a few characters and sculptures to see, some of which are fenced off. No signs to give a reason why there's a fence up, there's also gaps in the fencing. Some characters need renovation. There are some fantastic views on a nice day. Take time out to visit and enjoy the area, it's well worth the walk, catering and toilets are available although we did not use them.
Beautiful! Completely free to see, bit of a steep walk to get to it. you can get an amazing view of the pier through the trees. The plants and design to the garden is amazing. Plenty of benches and resting spots which are needed as lots of ups and downs throughout the garden pathways.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo wait
We had a wonderful afternoon wandering round the gardens stopping often to take in the views. Being situated on the side of The Great Orme it is quite a steep climb in places. There are plenty of seats and shaded spots to rest. There's access to the rugged path up the Orme although we only made it up half way. There's a cafe for refreshments and toilets on site. It's well worth a visit.
Gardens on a mountainside. So beautiful and well kept. Sit all afternoon on a lovely day watching the wind on the Irish Sea. Open all the time and free.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo

When it's the right time of year then Happy Valley is quite a nice place to be. Once Tourist season kicks in it can get quite busy. Makes for a nice pleasant walk in the Spring.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
On our evening walk H and I had the delight in finding this beautiful space. There are walks and paths on many levels but the main level exhibits a ring of 'Bardic stones'. I tried standing on the stone 'stage' in the centre, and singing, but it didn't make me sound any better! Around the edges of the Gardens we found statues and models related to Alice in Wonderland. The views from the gardens are breathtaking. Very much worth the short climb to visit.
Fantastic hidden gem ,great views looks like the med not North Wales. We had a lovely time here and a nice cafe too. Lots of Alice in Wonderland sculptures.
Gardens, a stone circle, bandstand, wood carvings, plenty of seating and a cafe. A very pleasant area to explore and time out for a bit.
Beautiful place to visit at the bottom of the Great Orme , fantastic views and marvellous walks or plenty of benches if you just want to sit and admire the views.
