Story

Welcome to Bodafon Farm Park, A genuine working Welsh farm attraction. Cafe open every day 10 am - 5pm with private parties, functions or bookings after 5pm in Winter.

Bodafon Farm Park is only a stone’s throw from the sea front in beautiful Llandudno, TripAdvisors No1 Seaside Destination 2017– it’s just off the Promenade towards the Little Orme by the fields. You can’t miss it.

When you feel like a rest from feeding the animals, relax and feed yourself in the Cartwheel Café.
Or if the weather’s kind eat outdoors in the large courtyard area whilst watching the animals in the surrounding paddocks.

Bodafon Farm park is BIG, and there’s so much more to see out in the fields and paddocks – but don’t worry – the tractor and trailer rides around the farm will make sure you see everything!

Lovely farm with a variety of animals for the children to pet. They have face painting and activities for the kids to do and also a play area. You're not allowed to bring a packed lunch but there are signs up everywhere stating that. There's a lovely restaurant which also has music events on and you can also have your wedding here. The farm was free which was brilliant and you only had to pay a couple of pounds for a tractor ride/face painting etc. The National Owl trust have lots and lots of owls here too which you can visit. Brilliant for a day out in the fresh air with the kids which isn't expensive.

Great place to take young children for a trip out. Lots of animals and farm rides. The cafe bar is a good place to have a drink/ coffee. Very popular also for private parties and weddings at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit here.

Great views. Great playground for kids. Atmospheric courtyard restaurant. Fab gift shop. However......tickets are sold for tractor rides and pony rides, yet I only saw the tractor move for an organised party, and the female “volunteer” refused the pony ride to my granddaughter and another child, because they weren’t part of the “organised party” who had just arrived. We had waited 90 minutes at this point and even helped to catch the pony so it could be tacked up. An unfortunate scene followed, created by the park selling tickets to the public for a pony ride, with nobody allocated to perform the service. Eventually my granddaughter got her ride with me leading the pony, which will be going against public liability insurance rules , no doubt. The volunteer should not have been put in a position where disgruntled members of the public are clearly going to be upset with her when she says that ticket holders are nothing to do with her. She was good enough to relent and provide the other ticket holder with her ride, even after the argument, which was kind of her. The lady who sold us the ticket, from the beautiful gift shop, was so lovely when she heard of the fiasco. She alone redeemed my opinion of the place and I thank her for her kindness towards myself and my granddaughter. I would still say Bodafon is well worth a trip!

Lovely place . Animals look well cared for . Was lovely to see all the Owls . Only thing that’s bad about it is that the dogs are out pooing everywhere and Not everyone like dogs . Also there was no one watching the pony and there were kids going up to it . Although the pony seemed friendly anything could have happened it could have easily kicked or bitten someone and being bitten by a pony or horse is extremely painful . The pony was standing there with a tight girth on him to and the girth should be loose when no one is riding and should be adjusted when being ridden. Despite this the place is a lovely place. Great for children to learn about the animals

This is a lovely working farm which has embraced tourism also. It is located by the sea, off the promenade at Llandudno, by the little orme. Ideal for kids with animals to see and a play ground. On the site there also a restaurant boasting wood fired oven pizzas made to order, lovely home cooked meals, cakes and a bar. There is a gift shop and the star of the visit, an owl sanctuary with beautiful birds and information about them.
