Extremely great place for all your household essentials! Up to 4 different stores for groceries as well as DIY and clothing.  Including McDonald's and Costa if you want a quick bite to eat or a coffee. Lots of parking space and disabled parking for those who need it. Would definitely recommend going.

Llandudno is well serviced by large national retail brands at this location, it has evolved over time to provide improved services and there is plenty of parking.

I parked here intending to shop at some of the stores. My wife and I went for lunch nearby before shopping. On the way back an elderly lady fell and was possibly badly injured. I am an emergency nurse so I went help. It took 3 hours for an ambulance to arrive and I could not safely leave her to move my car. When the charge for overstaying arrived I appealed, this was supported by staff from nearby shops who also helped. I was told because I left the site the appeal was rejected. In essence I was charged £ 60 for helping someone who was injured. Thanks for that Champneys, will NOT be shopping with you again, my advice to anyone is avoid this site or don't stop to help someone in need.

Good selection of shops and plenty of parking. Just be aware of the dodgy driving skills.

Lots of stores, different goods, food, household, clothes, furnishings, electrical. I visited twice in one day and received a hefty parking fine for apparently parking 4 hours, one photo arriving 10am first visit to iceland, I then visited again mid afternoon homebargains, second visit, photo of me leaving 2.30pm. I've appealed and won't pay, surely this sort of harassment must put people off shopping at mostyn champneys, plus I'm penalised for shopping local!! Complete madness, I'm beyond annoyed.

Big shopping centre with lots of busy shops and minimal vacant/empty units. It's a handy place to visit, particularly if you're looking for home/electrical items! There's McDonald's and Costa if you'd like refreshments and there are toilet facilities in these places if required. Lots of free parking, but there is a time limit on how long you can stay for, so be sure to check this when visiting.

Lovely shopping area not too far from the sea. Easy to park. Had a visitor on my car when I returned from one shop haha, he didn't move as I reversed, just satooking at me

Parking conditions signage poor..  I had £60 fine ! Letter arrived day it was due and delayed payment would increase it to £100! Money making scam and shameful! I will never go there again

Marks and Spencers. Horrible since they re located from town centre. We are expected to order via computer screens for coffees. Bad idea. When it was Debenhams the coffee shop was lovely. The clothing was organised. The food hall is confusing and unappealing.

Easy to get to and a good variety of stores to be able to purchase what I've needed.
