Best Bakers in High Barnet been going their since a young child and still go there now. a big selection of cakes, rolls, sandwiches. and bread. all the staff all very helpful and very friendly. everything cooked on the premises all fresh and you can smell all the cooking flavours too.
Whilst having previously purchased from this bakery, I will never set foot in there again. Staff and management appeared somewhat abrupt and simply refused outright to break down a £20 note unless I made a purchase, despite the till being OPEN. Whilst I do understand and accept that policy and that they are under no obligation, it would have gone a long way to help a customer out as they were not busy and I did ask very politely. Disappointed to say the least. Update:... In response to owners reply, I do understand and respect that policy, however, if the till is already OPEN and there is a blatant refusal despite a polite request then only pure profiteering comes to mind with a complete disregard to assisting anyone unless there's money involved. Shameful.
I have been a customer since i was kid and will continue to be. My favourite is the Chicken Chorizo Bagel and spinach cheese roll. Quality products. great service. simple love it.
They have a wide range of bread, cakes and sandwiches to choose from, but the price is a little bit expensive. Generally, a good place to grab your breakfast or something quick for your lunch.
Quite pricey, especially since the quality and size to the croissants or cakes isn’t of value. The croissants are very tough
The best bread I've ever had, I've eaten bread there for forty years, I've heard with great sadness they are closing down, so so sad.

What happened to this place? Bread and roll quality have declined. Please improve!
