Whilst having previously purchased from this bakery, I will never set foot in there again. Staff and management appeared somewhat abrupt and simply refused outright to break down a £20  note unless I made a purchase, despite the till being OPEN. Whilst I do understand and accept that policy and that they are under no obligation, it would have gone a long way to help a customer out as they were not busy and I did ask very politely. Disappointed to say the least. 

Update:... In response to owners reply, I do understand and respect that policy, however, if the till is already OPEN and there is a blatant refusal despite a polite request then only pure profiteering comes to mind with a complete disregard to assisting anyone unless there's money involved. Shameful.
