Love a Simmons and this is a good one! Lots of choices of everything here... Really good hot counter and a great selection of cakes.. Service fab as always
Oh yes!! Trays and trays of love made into pastries. Their croissants are the best outside France better in some cases. I make this a destination of choice when visiting my son and his family nearby.
Always had lovely food, both savoury and sweet. A couple of times the service has been a little less enthusiastic as other times. Not too much of a bother though, I'm still happy to visit!
Tad pricy but good products!
So many options of yummy things. I haven't been here for a few years but today I really fancied proper bakery food. I had the Newyorker which I loved and having it toasted was a right touch but I knocked a star off as I thought the staff was a tad rude. I pointed at a specific item and asked what it was and she replied "everything's labelled" rather than just telling me - all I could see was the names but had no idea what was inside and luckily I saw that if I looked down the crack of the glass I could actually see the full sign that wasn't fully on show plus it was a pile of all different types of sandwiches so the labels wasn't showing which was which. I will still give them another try as I probably caught them at a bad time and I really did enjoy my food
Good food, great staff but very expensive for bakery food.
Outrageous prices for cold food. I could see the floor was caked in sandwich fillings and bits of rubbish, really put me off. What topped it off was them wiping the sandwich surface crumbs onto the floor.
Lovely raspberry & custard Danish pastries. The focaccias look amazing, shame I was only after a pastry. Great selection of cakes and breads.
Came across this place by luck today and it was great. The shop looks very neat and the food presentation is great. The food we got was so good. I wish they had this type of walk in and takeaway bakery in Epping
3 visits. Purchased quite a bit of goods each time we have visited. Products are fine but customer service has been terrible all 3 times! 2 times you can forgive, 3 times no thanks. I'll drive an extra few miles to avoid poor service. The staff wont care, but at least I can help fellow customers who care about not being treated as if you are giving them work to do :
