Rubbish service. Staff struggle to walk let alone think. Nothing left by 13.30. Pointless. Management issue. They need to visit the week after payday.

Update. April 2018. Visited again. More staff. Seem more organised. Trying their best. Changes have been made. Upped my stars to 3.

Very helpful and welcoming staff! A friendly atmosphere and a very good selection of cakes and sandwiches.

The Upscale Simmonds Bakers and Cafe is far better than the old shop.  It really does reach out to the community.  Great staff and great store.  My personal score is 10/10.

Fresh food daily prepared,good selection available,can get extremely busy between 1-2pm. Good location, free parking, disable access.
