The is the most professional boat dealer I have ever been to in my life. Not only did my new Ranger 620 Pro get bought from here they installed all the accessories that went on it. I live over 2 hours away and I can make an appointment for anything I want done and just wait and take it back home or go fishing when it is finished. If you are a boat owner and want to get some headaches out of your life just switch everything over to them. Tom and Vic are great to talk to and work with if you have anything you need to know. They have a nice showroom of new and used boats and you can bet when I buy another boat it will be bought at Vic’s.
Vic's is hands-down the best Ranger dealer. Outstanding service and they always answer the phone. They know how to rig the boats. They are professional, personable, clean, and very hospitable. You are treated like family through the whole process. I couldn't say enough good about them. Thanks Vic and Tom!
Tom and Victor are the best guys in the industry. There company has tremendous values and they stand behind their product and their service. I have been a proud customer for over 4 years now and I highly recommend them. Vic’s Sports Center is incredibly trust worthy and they are a great place to buy a boat or have yours serviced. Vic’s is the best boat dealer and parts and service store around. The place is clean and organized. They treat you with respect and kindness like a family member from start to finish. They answer the phone and make things just right every time.
Showed up with a battery problem for batteries and a boat I didn't buy there. Walked out with the problems solved at no charge. Very helpful, courteous, and professional. I will definitely return as a customer.
Great customer service, awesome selection of boats, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a Ranger 522D there and had some routine maintenance this winter, everything was perfect and then some. I told them exactly what I needed and the whole list was done. Made my visit excellent knowing I'm going to have a fantastic season catching fish.
Needed to go to a Triton dealer and Vic's wasn't the closest to me, but were responsive and extremely accommodating and worked to get me in quickly. Highly recommend
Had taken our boat bought from vics new in to get fixed on 3 different occasions costing well over 2k dollars. The first 2 times we received an itemized bill claimed to be repaired and he claimed it was all was good. After taking it out to the lake put it in the water to find out nothing had changed same issues. 3rd time dropped it of in the beginning of fall picked up last week of may, claims vst unit is no longer made for motor and we're pretty much SOL. Suggests we buy a new motor. When hooking up trailer to truck noticed that boat cover poles under the cover we're not placed in to keep cover up. After returning home realized boat is completely full of water including tackle and tool box located under front dash. We had pulled the drain plug and ran the bilge fore We'll over 45 mins this is unacceptable not only only did he rip us off charging us for work not done. Leaving our boat outside not properly covered. Essentially turned the cover into a funnel and filled it like a swimming pool....... update to boat to Portage Lakes Marine to have work down by a qualified professional and within 3 days after there tech looked over everything come to find out the labor we paid vic's for was never done but we sure received a bill for it said they sent out injectors to be cleaned the was blatantly a lie. So had injectors cleaned, got boat our on the water she runs like a champ not even a stutter. Best believe the BBB will be getting a report with all the receipts and photos to prove there crooked scammers. Tell me my motors worthless not repairable offer 500 bucks and try to up sell a new yamaha that would run me 13k dollars. When all that needed done was injectors being cleaned. I what you were trying to do pay 500 for a 10k 4 stroke 115 mercury with less than 80 hours on the motor. I have lost all respect for this buisness. We work hard to enjoy life with the little free time that we get and you took an entire boating season away from us for a quick fix charged us 3 k for zero work then flooded are boat after neglecting to properly place the metal supports under the rain cover ruining the entire interior of out boat then have the nerve to charge us to return a boat than never got fixed. I hope karma returns it 10 fold to your buisness.
I bought a ranger Z118 from Tom. Tom and Vic were very pleasant to deal with. Every employee that I talked to was very respectful and helpful. This place is busy... that must be because they are hard working people who know what they are doing and treat people with respect. I highly recommend them.
Bought my 1st Ranger from Vic’s in 2021. Made the whole process easy, great price, knowledgeable & they really stick to their words! There’s a reason this place sells so many boats! I’ll definitely buy another boat from Vic’s some day but I really love the one they sold me! Thanks again Tom! 5 stars!
