The customer service was poor, I purchased a jacket which had a manufacturing fault as there was a slight rip on the left side of the zip. I did ask for an exchange but I was accused of damaging the item myself. ‍

Recently ordered the new away shirt online for click and collect. I was under the impression I could just turn up the next day and pick it up. However it did mention it could take 2-3 days which I missed. I was panicking as this was a present for someone and I wasn't going to have it on time. Messaged the store and they said to just pop up and purchase one and my order can be refunded. Staff in the shop were top notch and so was Beth from the Warehouse who replied to my original query! Just received my refund from my original order.  Great service from a Great club - Keep up the good work KRO

Great selection. Friendly staff

Went today 6th July at 2.30pm and was all closed up, was really disappointed.

Not a great selection, I'm sure our new owners will make improvements.

Girl wasn't that friendly, needed to exchange a shirt brought for xmas, hadn't got full receipt only online receipt, said couldn't exchange ask her to ask manager. I got an exchange. Only needed next size up. Wasn't asking for money bk.

Got everything we needed not to bad a queue staff friendly

What a store with such great staff. Thank you for your help and advice
