Terrible customer care. Very unhelpful staff. Doesn't cost anything for good manners or even a smile from staff. If you don't want to work there, go and work somewhere else. It's not a prison. Appalling service. Not impressed. I think the Villa fans deserve better.

Wrong address! Brings you to Aston uni not the villa store. The villa store is at villa park on trinity road. What a complete waste of time this has caused me and my family. We went to go to get a jersey and because of the wrong direction given we arrived at 5.26pm the shop closes at 5.30pm and we were turned away at the door and told they are closing although we made it before closing. Bad experience all around
Where to start I love my club! I’d spend every penny own here if I could ! Prices can be high but the quality is good ! It’s football at the end of the day it’s not a cheap game but I’d rather buy from the club store and support the club than a 3rd party… Always a VAST range of sizes and as always plenty to choose from. Shirts, shorts, coats, cuddly toys, bags and footballs. The staff are as friendly as they come, and clearly some of them are just as passionate about the club as the rest of us! UTV
Brought my husband 2 villa tops for his birthday they lasted a month before all the vinyl had peeled off the tops... Defo won't be buying again, you pay to support a club and that's what you get in return!
Struggled to find the store. Google said it’s near Aston university campus but it’s actually at the north end of the Villa ground. Very expensive store but my son loved everything there.

Nice inside, helpful staff have to be careful when driving in as a bottle neck just after entrance if people are going fast quiet dodgey as cannot see around the 90 degree bend as cars parked there.. could do with one way system or made wider
Plenty of merchandise some good bargains to be had on occasions also very good quality. One problem on the last time I visited the young girl who served me left the security tag on a T shirt I bought. I didn't realize until I got home, so I'm going to have to go back and get it removed, so that won't be a bargain at all.
