I've been coming here for years, and it's remained consistent regarding the service and quality of food. The prices are a little higher with some dishes. But overall, it's a great restaurant, and I always feel satisfied after the meal. Recommend that you book and dine in.
I have order a curry as it was my birthday and was really looking forward for the dinner, we called before 7 and order so it will be delivered after kids are in bed around 7:40, when I called restaurant around 8, I have been told driver did not leave as they are too busy and I have to wait. They could advised us so we could collect it, when we called before 7 if they are busy. Driver arrived after 9 ruined my birthday completely, when I put salad on the plate was old leftovers. I was very disappointed. This was one on the best curry house in the town, shame it is going in the wrong direction.
Went to the restaurant on Christmas day 22 for their set meal and it was fabulous. They brought out the sizzling 5 starters on a bed of onions. Followed by 7 mains plus a nan bread. The lamb shank just fell apart, it was so tender. And if you had any room left, 4 Indian sweets were next. It was a fabulous meal, filled me up and made my Christmas day. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant with it's very high standards. Always a nice relaxing atmosphere.
Starter's were okay, but Sheesh Kabab a little uninspiring no fried onions. Mains on the other hand were really good.nOverall a tad on the dear side but given the level of service and atmosphere, well worth a visit.
One of the best Indians around. We hace takeaways and we dine in and never had a bad meal. Great service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
