I am disgusted with how long my order took it had taken (1 & 1/2hours) and when it came it was freezing cold and the order was wrong. I am pregnant and i waited so long i was starving! Then when i called to complain the person on the phone was rude to me and ended the call. I will not use this takeaway again and i am upset about this as i am a loyal customer to this business.

Lived in Bewdley for 4 years and our first experience of Bella Pizza.Having lived in New York I'm a little spoilt on the pizza front but this was delicious!! Prompt delivery and courteous service.Willbe back!!

Not happy at all We are a very good customer to you but we rang up tonight and most things were sold out then the order came wrong even though we have the same thing all the time then when i call up im told I was asked if I wanted certain things and I said yes.. funny thing is my calls are recorded and I listened back through and nothing at all was said.
