This is nice hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and cheerful but are grossly overworked due to numbers. Dinner was OK but breakfast an absolute disaster. Due to the lack of staff breakfast was was a hit and miss affair. The replenishment of the buffet took ages and you couldn't have want you wanted to eat. The young girls worked very hard to keep things going but they couldn't handle our party. The management were noticed by their absence. Our party was 50 strong but they were not prepared for us.

Great staff and clean rooms but the rooms are dated, particularly the bathroom where the extractor made annoying noises and the toilet cistern took an age to refill... loudly. My curtains were torn and coming away from the rails and the wardrobe was worn but fictional. The tortillas from the room service menu were lovely with shredded beef chilli. The bed was comfy and clean. There was a good TV and nice addition of a coffee machine.

A really good hotel. It has a gym and pool you can use while staying. It also has a nice car and restaurant.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times but was very disappointed on a visit last week. Following the recent bad weather i did expect there to be snow on the sides of hotel entrance and car park, unfortunately the car park was like an ice rink and the walk to reception was treacherous. There appeared to be some sort of plastic covering laid out at bottom of steps and on a section of car park however this did not help when you had to reach that point from the cars !! As there appeared to be no designated smoking area the top of the steps that lead to reception and a small crowd of smokers had gathered which we had to walk through, not nice when you are a non smoker. We went into the bar where there were a few customers but no staff, after waiting for 10 mins we sat down and a member of staff appeared we ordered a coffee and a Liqueur coffee we waited for 15 minutes as the staff member did not know how to make this and had to get a colleague out of the restaurant to assist. There was a Christmas party going on so there was music as expected but when it was still booming out at midnight we contacted reception to be told it would be over in half an hour, after another call to reception at 1 it finally stopped. This hotel is in a lovely spot but i felt very let down on this visit and will prob not use it again, as it was a stop over for business i will not be using it again.
