"The Vfit Wellbeing Centre has recently moved back to the charming Village of Connor Downs, now located in the West Barn by Greenbank we will be offering unique, non traditional Yoga and Hot Yoga Classes as well as Indoor Fitness Classes, Sports Massage and Legendary Beach and Woodland based Bootcamps. Our staff are hand picked because of their superior qualifications but more for their friendly, approachable personalities. We can’t wait to meet you and help you achieve your goals, be it weight loss, injury rehabilitation, fixing postural imbalances or you just want to socialise and stay fit, flexible and healthy with lovely people. Tonight I attended hot yoga being taught by Vicky. As a yoga novice I wasn’t sure what to expect but Vicky was an excellent teacher and put me at my ease instantly. Vicky’s personality can only be described as infectious, her love for teaching yoga and also the interest she has in the people in the class knowing ailments/conditions and even their pastimes outside of yoga was obvious and I really enjoyed the banter she has with me and the other participants. Can’t wait to get back next week
Absolutely love this training centre....great coach's and attitudes. Love body pump and cannot recommend hot yoga enough....it's brilliant for me as a builder and runner to keep those aches and pains at bay. Vicky's sport massage is highly recommended too......she has a great knowledge of the body and sports related and everyday injuries. Whether you're a beginner or fitness fanatic there is something at Vfit for you
I cannot recommend Vfit enough ! I absolutely love it here . The support , encouragement, compassion you get from the instructors is amazing and they helped me to build my confidence , especially Vicky the owner . Her knowledge and understanding of fitness is second to none and she is so supportive and encouraging and always pushes you to do your best . It's such a friendly gym and now I've had my baby I cannot wait to get back there and work out again and see everyone .
Vfit the most friendly gym I've been to. Everyone is encouraged to the best of their ability, no matter how fit you are or if you have difficulty with certain exercise they will adapt to help you achieve your goals. With the added benefit of expert aftercare and wellbeing with sports massage available on site being a massive benefit. Will definitely be recommending.
The staff are all really knowledgable, helpful and there’s just a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Taking part in yoga classes and receiving sports massages have greatly helped my back issues and I can’t recommend this gym and particularly the hot yoga classes enough!
When you book an appointment for deep tissue work, on account of a bad back, it's a tad irksome when nobody turns up. Having juggled your life's appointments to fit in with Vfit, the excuse of 'forgot to look in the diary', is pretty pathetic and unprofessional. When the staff member in question doesn't answer their phone to you but answers another staff members call a few seconds after your own, well, inept, rude and wholly useless springs to mind.
