My dog had a lump on her leg, I knew it required an operation. I was informed of all the possible outcomes. I really felt at ease from first visit through to the final surgeon. Great staff, looked after my dog. A*** from me. I cannot praise them enough. Rod.
Lorna and Kate quite literally saved my cats life today. I had purchased a cat carrier specifically recommended for nervous cats, there are 2 small feeding holes, which is also recommended for kitten use. In panic, my cat got his head through the gap where the feeding bowl goes and got stuck. He couldn’t release himself and nearly suffocated. Lorna and Kate both got to my house in less than 10 minutes and managed to calm and sedate him and then set him free with the help of my partners tools. I will never be able to thank them enough. Vet was very good with an agitated dog. Vets 4 pets is inside pets at home and upstairs. Lift was out of order, so be prepared to go up a flight of stairs. We had an elderly owner & dog with us
Nothing but praise for Vets for Pets St Austell, where our dog Molly was recently spayed. Welcoming reception staff. A pre op meeting with Sam, who Molly absolutely loves. All went ahead as planned. Excellent helpful advice throughout. Follow up meeting when a possible minor issue was discussed. I rang about it a couple of days later and was called back by a duty nurse, again so helpful, invited to send photos, further reassuring advice. Sorry did not get name. Final sign off to complete things with Sam, super healing, Molly well, no fear of vet's. Wonderful service. Thank you!
Cooper had his booster jab today. The vets here are the best vets that I have ever used. Cooper loves going, he pulls as hard as he can to get there.
Really happy with the care my little kitten is getting, they set me up on a care plan which includes his jabs and flea protection, i wasnt really sure what he needed health wise and the staff have shown me everything he needs and have a microchiped him and neutered him, really happy with how it works here!
Fantastic service. Sadly we had to have our beloved little dog, Daisy, put to sleep today. She was 16 and a very important part of our busy family. Leorna and Sam were very professional, kind and compassionate. They gave us time and were so understanding. Thanks to all the staff who helped us in a very difficult time.

Because ALL the staff have always been kind, helpful and friendly. Leanor, the vet I see has always been so gentle and understanding with both my cats. She explains everything, gives time to both of them, and is friendly. She even, on request, performed the operation on my boy when he had 17 teeth removed. Sam who looked after him before and after the operation was wonderful he is not too fond of being handled, the cat that is. Again Sam explained everything to me and also did the follow up appointment.
Pleasant reception staff greeted us. A very short wait for the Vet who took us to the exam. room. She looked at our issue, took a sample and made a sensible diagnosis and decision about how to manage the minor issue. Very happy with the Vet and the outcome. Even gave my dog a cuddle! Nice
