The vets where fantastic and Mollie was treated very well .but we were made to feel like second class citizens by one member of your reception. I think it was possibly because we were on a narrow boat never mind well done the vets Mollie is feeling better but customer service training for just the one receptionist would be usefull

My experience was negative. Lack of proper medical attention, expensive prices and unable to give a right diagnostic.

From day one or my puppy's visits he has been happy to go in, see everyone and get his appointment done. The friendly, helpful staff as always there ready for puppy cuddles, with help and advice. The puppy socializing is a great thing to take part in as it's not just playing there is training, tips, help and advice.
