0 star - never take your kitten/cat here. The staff are incredibly rude and snatch your pet from you. Didn’t feel comfortable here and I would never recommend anyone to take their pets here. Avoid avoid avoid!
I've been going there for a good amount of time, always felt confortable bringing my cat to this vet and will continue to do so, they are always of good advice. Important to bring up that she had a dental surgery months ago that went perfectly well.
Absolutely useless. Trying to rearrange for my dog to have her boosters. This is the third time as she should have been done in November. I’ve paid for the pet plan which they will not refund. My dog is also missed 2 worming and flea treatment. Explained this to them. But they will not send anymore out. “As it’s been over a year since the last check up” Absolutely shocking practice. The manager would not give me details so I could e mail head office.
Everyone is so lovely and kind, they have really helped me and my dog out on many occasions. The ladies at on the desk and nurses are amazing.

Honestly, amazing staff and wonderful vets. We had a dangerous incident today with an uber driver that escalated to calling police, and staff went out of their way to make sure we felt safe, reassured, and helped in such an anxiety inducing situation. They helped repeatedly ask him to leave, and were able to help us get home safe. I really cannot thank, or recommend their team more as they're all such lovely people. In terms of pet care too, our attending vet was awesome. Our girl hurt her paw, and he was great. Clearly very experienced, gave thorough snd detailed explanations of possibilities etc, talking us through everything. I get so worried leaving her with people sometimes, but I felt completely at ease with her spending the day there. They really have gone above and beyond with their customer service and I appreciate it immensely. I can't thank them enough. If you want a vet you can trust as a professional, and as a caring environment, definitely go here.
We were late as we went to the wrong vets for pets and due to the weather but we rang and explained and the receptionist moved appointments around so we were able to be seen which was amazing. She was polite and very helpful. The vet was AMAZING! such a lovely man with a approachable aura. Amazing visit, so glad we selected vets for pets for our baby kobe.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the veterinary services provided by your clinic on 06/07/2023. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of professionalism, communication, and discrimination I experienced during this incident. On 30/06/2023 , I made a veterinarian appointment for my pet, Sheru, to address a pressing health issue. I had taken the necessary steps to ensure the appointment in advance, including taking a day off from work. However, shortly before your clinic's closing time at 6:30 PM before the day of the appointment, I received a call informing me that the attending veterinarian was ill and could not attend the appointment as scheduled. Upon learning this information, I expressed my concern for my pet's well-being and requested alternatives to address the situation promptly. Unfortunately, I was met with an unhelpful response from your staff, who insisted that there was nothing they could do and offered a refund as a solution. I reiterated the urgency of my pet's condition and stressed that a delay would only worsen their health, yet I was simply provided with a rescheduled appointment for the following week. To my astonishment, on a subsequent visit to your clinic to purchase medication for my pet, I observed a queue of customers waiting outside. This raised suspicions, prompting me to question your receptionist about the situation. The receptionist admitted that another veterinarian had been called in for emergency cases and that some appointments had been canceled as a result. Furthermore, I discovered that the veterinarian who was claimed to be ill was present and even provided a weak excuse for their late arrival, citing back pain. The entire chain of events surrounding the last-minute cancellation of my appointment seems suspicious and lacking in transparency. I firmly believe that I have been subjected to discrimination, possibly based on my ethnicity, the color of my skin, or my religious beliefs. When expressing my disappointment and concerns to your staff, including Manager Frankie, I was met with an unsympathetic attitude and inappropriate remarks. Manager Frankie even went so far as to tell me, "You should not come here," when I sought clarification on her statement. The dismissive response from your staff and their failure to handle the situation professionally, combined with the subsequent revelation of misinformation, has left me deeply concerned about the quality of service provided by your clinic. I am worried that other pet owners may have experienced similar cancellations of crucial appointments without proper justification or consideration. It is essential that you investigate this matter thoroughly and address any potential issues within your organization. I request that you take the following actions: 1. Conduct a thorough investigation into the incident, including the last-minute cancellation of my appointment, the false claim of illness by the veterinarian, and the subsequent deceptive actions. 2. Review your policies and protocols regarding the rescheduling of appointments, ensuring that the needs of the clients and their pets are given appropriate consideration. 3. Implement measures to address any potential discrimination within your clinic, providing training to your staff on diversity, equality, and respectful communication. 4. Take appropriate disciplinary action against any staff members found responsible for misconduct or unprofessional behavior. 5. Provide a written response to this complaint within [reasonable timeframe] detailing the steps you have taken or plan to take to rectify the situation and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I value the well-being of my pet and believe that veterinary professionals should display compassion and empathy toward their clients.
