I have 7 cats so always buy my food and litter from here. I am a VIP member, so receive some good offers and money off vouchers. They are always having deals on their products.

Helpful staff and brilliant service. The 'VIP pet club' is not the best however has some useful offers. The pet grooming service is quite expensive but does a very good job. A wide range of pet products can be purchased and high quality custom animal tags can be brought from the store.

Not happy! I recently brought two hamsters from here, one died with having it two days and my other one was fine! Today when I woke up my hamster was laying in the middle of the cage dead! When I went up to get my money back they said this is common as they are young! This is not acceptable they should not be selling animals if it is common! I will not be buying anything from here ever again.
