Awful. Didnt update me on my pets illness and left me hanging by a thread. The nurses that I spoke to were polite but the receptionist was awful. So rude to me when all I had was one question. She didnt like what I asked and said I was being rude to her. So she put the phone down on me. All I wanted to know was how my pet was and why they didnt do something that they should have done. Not happy at all, i am writing a complaint to the head office as no one there will speak to me despite calling them.

Vets are very friendly and helpful, they are very clean and prices are budgetable, highly recommend for anyone with pets.

Very unhappy with how this Veterinary surgery has gone down hill since Mike has left. I would NOT recommend vets4pets Halesowen. I didn't feel they were looking after my dogs best interests, it was all about how much money they can make from your visit, which is very sad. The vet carried out a minor procedure (Clearing Anal Glands) on my dog (Mike always treated my dog very well and carefully)I explained to the Vet that my dog has problems and has had a previous operation for this and this procedure should be carried out with care, she obviously didn't listen!!! She was very rough handed and didn't even take care whilst carrying out the procedure. She didn't even wipe the area afterwards and lacked compassion for my pet. My poor dog has been very distressed and restless since the procedure. I hope that vet doesn't ever get treated with the same regard with her health as she treated my pet. I couldn't get out of there quick enough and will not be returning.
