Great vets. Always good friendly advice

I have used Manor Vets since moving to Birmingham 7 years ago. I have visited 3 of their branches and always find all the staff polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I especially like the way the vets spend a couple of minutes fussing and reassuring my cats before beginning an examination. I have never had a problem booking an appointment and not encountered a vet I didn't like or trust. I would, and have recommended this practice.

Always a lovely welcoming place to visit for problems or just boosters. The staff are fantastic. The Vets are all so nice. Always a pleasant experience. Such care of my pets. The parking is easy most of the time but it's a busy road. The reception is always clean and smelling fresh. I've been going to practices for 36 years and this is one of my top 3 ever.

Love the service here. You're always treated like a member of the family. The staff are always very caring towards the animals n treat them lovingly as if they are their own. Would highly recommend
