My dog was poorly and had to come to the practice.nIt was 31 degrees on the day and a car journey wasn’t ideal but we did all we could to keep her cool on the 3 mile journey, wet bandanas, cool mats, air conditioning, when we arrived at the practice it was so cool, water in bowls for pets, it was super clean.nThe staff were all so lovely and friendly. Our vet was amazing and given it was my dogs first time at the vets since being a puppy she absolutely loved it! She was made to feel so special and had a great time nThe price was so good, full health check, consultation and medication all under £100.

Absolutely excellent veterinary surgery and excelent staff, we had to have our dog put to sleep last Thursday and Emma was Absolutely excellent with our boy shay, I think he took a shine to her as he didn't like vets in the slightest   thank you all for your help in this hard time and keep up the amazing work from Alison, Scott and family

I cannot recommend vet Conor enough. His kindness, love & compassion is something we will never forget. He made the last year of our Polly’s life the best it possibly could be, I don’t believe we would of received this level of care with anyone else and no amount of words will ever be enough to thank such a wonderful vet. THANK YOU so much for making such an awful time, so peaceful and taking time out on your only day off to ensure Polly had the best possible care right up until the end and being there for us, he sit with us and talked through happy memories and never made us feel rushed. We will never forget it.

My dog came in for his injection today. First time coming here. Weve been custoners for over 5 years of blacks vets.nnThe nurse gave his injection and he yelped. There was no apology or consideration for what had happened.nnIn the years my dog has been getting his monthly injections hes never yelped or been hurt by a vet or nurse when administrating an injection.nnAbsolutely appalled with the lack of empathy or consideration.nnWould never go here again

Super friendly staff. Conor the vet is very calm, patient and gentle with my two dogs who are very anxious. He is understanding and very helpful.
