Lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. 1st visit with our little pup, and he loved all the staff, giving him lots of attention. We had an overall great experience, would definitely recommend. Made the vet visit alot less stressful. Nice experience, our little puppy was very happy and calm.

I find it very difficult to even give them 1 star!!  My dog had an appointment at 15.45 today and I have been sat in reception for 45 mins.  Whilst I appreciate appointments run over, the lack of communication to a paying customer is shocking.  In my opinion the reception staff could advise on arrival that they are running behind schedule and I would totally understand.  They were fully aware I had been sitting waiting with a very anxious dog.  My experience with the veterinary staff has been superb in the past, however, the reception staff couldn’t care less.  This is a business and I refuse to give them my hard earned money!!!!!!!!!!!  I for one will be looking for a different veterinary practice.

Saved my dogs life, Marley and he's owners are very grateful, thank you.update four months later Marley has insulin twice a day he's lost he's gained weight and back to normal,update 8 months later Marley is fantastic only had a wobble one day with the heat sorted out with a little honey in mouth, 12 months on and he's doing well, expect to pay out for medication but the extra time you have your mate is priceless.Marley is doing very well 2yrs 3 months and controlling he's diabetes,

Alex Beech is a wonderful vet who came into our life for a reason. When our fur baby Molly became diabetic and blind, he was so knowledgeable and empathetic. He’s been with us right through until we lost Molly nearly 5 weeks ago. He’s a genuine man who truly cares about the animals he treats. Alex - we hope you see this.
