Rob the vet is very prepared for our visit. He is thorough and knowledgable,forms a good relationship with our dog and offers alternative care plans. I have confidence in his diagnostic abilities and value his input. He is calm and patient and doesn't make you feel rushed.
Vet Rob Davies has a genuine care in Tattys well being, he listens to my opinions and explains medications fully
Very good service. Nurse and vet were very nice. Lots of advice given about our poorly Guinea pig but alas she died a couple of hours after our visit. Definitely recommended.
We are exhibitors and KCASB and have a 5* council licence for dog breeding. That saying we also use the care plan for all our dogs. We have a close relationship professionally with Dr Rob Davies and staff and encourage this to ensure good quality care for our dogs and puppies. We are always treated professionally, courteously and given advice and knowledge freely and openly. Rob will always answer our questions and they are many
I got the lift up to the 1st floor and only waited a couple of minutes before being seen by the vet. He examined her and completely put my mind at rest that nothing was wrong with my cat. Receptionist was also very nice and helpful.
I called to see if it was possible to have my cat's flea treatment dispensed and the team were able to meet my request despite it being short notice
Always friendly staff who take great care in my two cats
