Story

Small animal veterinary surgery with an operating suite, laparoscopic equipment, laboratory and radiography facilities, dental suite, ECG, ultrasound and blood pressure monitoring systems and CT scanner.
We are open 7 days a week and conveniently located inside Pets at Home so loads of free parking too!
We also provide free nurse clinics with our qualified team for weight checks, dental care, senior pet clinics, flea and worming. At a small charge nurses can do nail clipping, tick removal, beak trimming and many more services.

Went to get our 12 year old female cat chipped as it's now a legal requirement. Very clean,tidy and modern looking well it should be with some of the bills they charge nThe staff were very pleasant , as was the young vet/veterinary nurse.nChip cost is reasonable , takes a second and is just an injection into the scuff of the neck. She also weighed the cat and checked her over my inner distrust assumed looking for more businesses but thats probably just menTotal cost £20. Cat slept a lot afterwards, but then again, cats do
Always 5 Star treatment from all staff. They genuinely care and always do the best. The treatment options and facilities are excellent too. It's such peace of mind knowing that someone is there 24/7 if we need them.
Very friendly team. Definitely animal lovers. Visited recently for our Cat who has somehow dislocated her toe. Very clear on how to provide the best care and was happy to answer my always many questions. Xrays were needed and was very costly but they are our family at the end of the day and would do anything for our pets. When we went back for a follow up appointment the vet could of opted for the most expensive option but he was true and said our cat was well and making good recovery. He had our cats best interest at heart.
Terrible service, staff either intentionally lie or are so bad my trained they just say what they think. 10 hours today for a poodle teeth descale and polish. Would have taken longer but I returned to Vet for Pets to ask for my dog back at 10pm!! Never again, Vets for Pets focus on profits instead of pet care. Also cancelled their pet care plan. Vets for Pets are not trustworthy.
I would 100% recommend the vets4pets hospital to everybody. They saw my poorly dog so quickly and without them acting so fast it might have been a different story. Nothing was too much for them, I did keep calling to see how he was doing and they didn’t even moan how many times I rung! Special mention to Lisa - she went above and beyond for our Lenny & kept me updated even all through the night, I hope I don’t have to bring Lenny to hospital again, but if I ever do it will definetly be this team & this hospital : many thanks Hollie and Neil Wyatt x x
