Changed drastically since Johnathon left. Such a shame. Found a lump on one of my dogs and saw Amy a week ago today. Amy took a deep needle bi opsy and advised results would be back Friday. I called Friday to be told Amy will call you. Call never came so rang back to be told we chase results. We had a call back later in the evening to be told can't chase results as lab closed and we shouldn't have advised you of this. Called today around 9.30am to be told Ahh Amy needs to call you my stomach hit my knees. Called again early afternoon to be told Amy in surgery but she will call you. Called back again to be told oh no results here. So no one has really been honest with us and we have had the worst bank holiday ever. So VERY DISSAPOINTED and again with you Cherrydown what happened to the slogan To us they are one of the family, used to believe this when Johnathon was running the ship but this is not the first time you have let us down or our two beautiful dogs. Compassion has been removed and unfortunately it's time for us to seek a more caring professional vetinary practice for our fur babies

I have used Cherrydown Vets for some years now and can only praise them for the service they have provided for my dogs. Not only do they offer a 24 hour emergency service and all the high tech equipment needed for specialist things their compassion and their relationship between themselves and the animals is second to none, I would highly recommend them as anyone's vet.

Don't care for the animals at all, just profit, even if you have paid for life long treatment / cover they always find a way out of honouring it... Whether it's unsent reminder or 'treatment not covered under terms and conditions' YOU WILL PAY AGAIN!!! Avoid

Honest, fair cost and good service. Nothing to really moan about. They look after both my French bulldogs.
