Our son’s dog whilst in my care was hit by a golf ball which shattered the bones in his leg. He was taken to Medivet Laindon & placed under the expert care of Antonis. Three months & three lots of surgery later & the leg has thankfully healed. Thank-you to Antonis for his skill & expertise in fixing Milo’s leg. He was always very caring & available for help, advice & reassurance & contactable by email which helped the situation we were in. The practice is very friendly & all the staff are helpful. I had to ring on numerous occasions for advice & it was never any trouble for them to help me. I would highly recommend this veterinary surgery.

Four stars because of the professional service. Friendly attitude and care for my two dogs. I’d not hesitate to recommend Antonis as a vet with knowledge and a drive to get to the cause of problems that upset the dogs. Antonis performed lip surgery on Coco as a pup and 10 years later he is still checking on both dogs well-being. The covid procedure now in place at the surgery works and I’m pleased my dogs have still had their checks throughout last year.
Wonderful vet practice: very professional, helpful, have been providing the best possible care of my cats' health for 12 years. For those 12 years Antonis has been our family vet, so obviously he's my favourite person there! Today the cats went for a regular check up with Antonis, got their vaccinations, had their teeth checked, cleaned a little behind the fridge, got weighted, and now they're happily chilling on a window sill. Soon we will hopefully have a new family member, and I'm looking forward to introducing them to Antonis.
We had this practice recommended. Antonis was lovely and we felt that our pet was in very safe and experienced hands. He spent a lot of time explaining the treatment options available, recovery times etc, and there was absolutely no pressure to proceed with the surgical option. The receptionist was also very friendly. All in all a very positive experience, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.
We were very pleased with the help in achieving a European Health Certificate for our 2 cockerpoos dogs to travel to France.
Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the lovely veterinarian . He genuinely has a passion for his job and is always happy to help. The reception staff service on the other hand is very poor. The communication system is awful if you’re on the pet plan and they have cost me a lot of money because of multiple misunderstandings where they failed to make things clear. I have asked them to cancel one of my pets pet plan and they failed to do it and I had to pay £90 for the subscription even though my pet was rehomed and that’s just one of the many things. It’s like every receptionist has a different way of running things and they take action without notifying you next or advising you on what to do or how to do it. It’s very stressful to deal with would not recommend to anyone.
