I'm grateful to Drove vets for taking care of Charlie and trying their best to get him better but sadly they couldn't he was to poorly vets now kept me updated by telephone calls through the night which I am grateful for.
Can’t believe the cost of this service at our most vulnerable time, trying to do our best to ensure our cat was treated asap when clearly he was suffering and in lots of pain. We can’t fault the care provided, however having to pay over £400 upfront £300, just for consultation fee was gobsmacking!! Due to not having insurance details available at time of visit, we reluctantly had to pay upfront. A few days later I finally got hold of vets now to give our insurance details, to claim fees back, then vets now charged another £35 admin fee to process insurance claim!!!! Can’t believe how much one 10minute consultation has cost us so much money. Worse still due to admin technicality, our insurer have not paid out full amount claimed. Be warned, make sure you have your insurance details with you if you are unfortunate to have to use this out of ours service.
Simply amazing - not sure I can fully express my gratitude.nWe had a major emergency with our lovely dog, the INCREDIBLE vets and nurses saved him. Simply that, we still have our dog because of the amazing skills and tireless work from the team at Vets Now Swindon. I think that our dog is the most grateful of all though... he lives to build more memories with my family because of you.nYou are all amazing and I would highly recommend the extremely professional service from these brilliant people.nThank you so much for keeping our family whole!nThank you.
The practice is extremely professional and the staff are very friendly and reassuring. The Vet carried out a thorough examination of our dog and we left feeling reassured. Thank you for your help.
Extortionate consultation fee in excess of £300 before agreeing to confirm the appointment with card payment options listed to you to ensure you can make that payment!nLeft in waiting area whilst dognWas examined, no invite to go into treatment room.nOvernight fee £1k just unacceptable and declinednHowever, dog responded well to the medication and fluids and had a comfortable night at home and is doing well. Total bill £534. Just unacceptable how small animal vet practice is going forward. Cannot question the actualnVet though as she explained everything very well and cared for my dogs best interests and the vet nurse was lovely too
