Care before my cat was put to sleep brilliant after care well they need to shape up big time ,the lies about allowing payment plan's which was agreed then taken away I won't ever use there services again there only in veterinary care for the money not about customer service .
Recently had to take our German shepherd /Lab in for an emergency when staying in the area. We received excellent care the entire time and they looked after and mended our boy "Zeus". All the staff were lovely and would definitely recommend this vets practice.
The reception area is so echoey it's very hard to hear and understand the staff. Never get to see the same vet twice, so you always have to start by explaining everything up to that point. Our cat was treated successfully for a skin condition over the course of several weeks and for that we are extremely grateful. Happy to recommend.
Looked after my little dog very well, out of hours, great service

Disappointed! My cat had to have his leg amputated due to a tumor. I was initially really happy with the service but then I brought him back for a check up and because I was 7 minutes late a few of those minutes waiting at reception desk The vet refused to see me! I had driven 20 minutes through the traffic to get there. Shocking and obviously not worried about the cat. I paid a lot of money which included the after care and that's what I received. I hung around a further 20 minutes waiting to see someone else and they didn't appear. When I went back out to put my cat in the car I saw the vet who refused to see me, he quickly looked the other way. Disgusting!! I was within my 15 minute time slot and he refused to have a quick look over my cat what does that say....
Drove vets look after our wire haired dachshund and she needed a cracked tooth looking at. Polite friendly and professional. She's booked in for an extraction and teeth cleaning so will see what that comes to in a few days.
Very knowledgeable, very helpful and always a reliable professional service. I was worried about my little dog getting his vaccinations done as he is very aggressive when scared. Not a problem at Drove vets. My Dog didn't even flinch done in seconds. Keep up the good work at Drove veterinary hospital.
Been once. Well equipped. Lots of staff. Had a wait to be seen but the vet was thorough and listened to me during the consultation. Happy to return for a follow up appointment for my dog.
