Been using them for 10 years, but it seems their booking system has changed or something is amiss. I walked in, some gentleman was talking to the receptionist, and so I managed to check in 10 minutes after walking in. A lady walked in after me, early for her appointment, checked in after me, and was attended to within 2 mins. All the while with me sat there for 30 minutes past my appointment time. Clearly they attend customers in the order they checked in, instead of looking at appointment slots. No point in turning up on time if there is just one receptionist to check you in, and they will keep you waiting anyway! Definitely going to look elsewhere henceforth.
I took my dog for a ct scan on 29th Sept which cost me £1400.00. I picked him up that day. Had to go for a bladder scan the next day. Nurse was ok but the vet will call me. After many phone calls still waiting it is now 22th Dec. Lucky he wasn't dying.
unfortunately my cat was seen 3 times for an injury. he was 4 months with a cone, and they given 2 antibiotic but they never cleaned the wound... I am not happy at all.

We had to have our Chihuahua put to sleep recently. The staff were outstanding in the way they supported us and were so kind and gentle with our boy, they they gave us as much time as was needed. We received a card in the post today from them along with some sunflower seeds to scatter in rememberance. I cant thank them enough. Outstanding and the best Vets in Swindon.
I had to have my cat put to sleep a couple of months back and Jona was fantastic such a good vet and very compassionate lovely person thankyou so much
If I could give zero stars I would, I switched my cats over from Eastcott due to distance and appeal of lower prices but so far they’ve wasted lots of my time and money, calling to rearrange pregnancy scan appt for my cat , calling me to come in so I paid for taxis and stressed out my pregnant cat, just to be sent away because they can’t do the scan after several days the previous week trying to get in. Very disappointing service and it seems the staff on the phones need to have a bit more knowledge with animals and such as you get placed on hold for long amounts of time too
Good service here again as per usual. Virtually no waiting after appointment time. Really friendly and helpful with everything explained fully.
I’m an experienced breeder of boxer dogs. I have used vets clinic for several years. There straightforward approach to pricing and care is outstanding. Yesterday my dog developed a problem during whelping. From the nurse who first took my call to the whole team at vets clinic who carried out a c section within 20 minutes of arrival and diagnosis. The care and compassion for my dog and myself was nothing less than outstanding across the board. Thank you to everyone involved
So caring and such lovely staff. Took great care of my dog. And also sent a lovely card and seeds after my pooch sadly passed away. I could not recommend these vets any more. Xx just awesome.
