Felt that wasn't offered what I asked for on initial phone call. And given I know my dog better than Eastcott and my dog had a dental problem was not given opportunity to see a dental vet but first standard vet who just agreed with what I said was problem then referred me to have the dental check up but not before being charged 51 pounds for a consultation fee. As an OAP I found this experience far from fair.
Had to have my dog Dougie put down not the easiest thing in the world to do. But many many thanks. Eastcott vets and staff at Clive parade For making it a bit easier . R.I.P will be missed.
First class treatment tor my dog. Nothing to much trouble, we'll looked after.
A lively community !
Have been coming to Eastcott for 9 years and have pretty much had 5 star experience, however today felt different. I was being judged and getting a bit of a vibe from the vet. I can't afford certain treatments, nothing drastic but as she gets older mog needs more...however a simple consultation plus steroid injection and flea treatment was £87. Yes I should be able to do all these things when needed but sometimes I just can't afford it. I don't want to feel judged for it or made to feel any worse than I already do. I've never had that from any other Eastcott vet.

This route took me to a car park near the vets, but not to the actual vets. However the receptionist and vets are always lovely and helpful at all of the Eastcott vets in Swindon. I would give it a 5* if Google had mentioned it was going to direct me to a car park instead.
