I wish you could write a review without having to give a star rating. I’d give them no star! Took me over 2 years of fighting to get referred to Trengweath and I’m now wondering why I bothered. I’ve got a CPN COMMUNITY psychiatric nurse that doesn’t go out into the community and I’ve been trying to contact my cpn for 2 weeks now. I’ve rang everyday this week and every day I’ve bern told that my cpn will ring me back that day and every day they haven’t rang me back. As a mental health service they should be aware of the fact that you can’t treat people with mental health issues the way they treat us. I really am disgusted with this service. It needs a total overhaul.

Got referred from my gp 2 weeks ago and i had to call them... I was told id get a call last monday! You can't mess around with mental health like that!!! Im appalled at their level of incompetence!!!!

Attended a clinic at Bolitho House Penzance 17 day ago. Was told I would have an outcome in 1 week..............Although suffering with Mental Health my understanding is 1 Week = 7 Days or Working Week = 5 Days

They have been great and very supportive! Couldn't thank them enough as I wouldn't still be here if it wasn't for them!
