DisappointednI went there yesterday with a colleague, ordered two cookies dough milkshake. It was extremely sugary and absolutely undrinkable.nAlso, the music was very loud for 2pm. There were many families with small children which I don't think it's a good choice to take children to an environment with such a loud music and noise. I could hardly hear anything and looked around customers weren't seemed to be very happy and comfortable with it. It was rather sound like I was at a nightclub in Broad Street - Birmingham.nI politely expressed my dissatisfaction about the milkshake to one of customer assistant and she was also very nice and politely apologised and we left.nI hope the management would pay attention to these details.nApart from that, customer service very nice and polite as it should be. Clean floor, tables and toilet, very nice decoration. Plenty of nice and comfy seating area outside especially on sunny and hot days. Also friendly place which is lovely.
Pre-booked and pre-ordered food for a restricted timed work lunch in the week for 8 people. My Mezze Bowl meal was nice but only had 3 falafels, which I thought was rather tight 3.5 stars. Service was impeccable 5 stars & would highly recommend.
The menu has changed and we ordered brisket tacos and the chicken flatbread. The tacos were served as mini nachos. It was more appropriate to suggest the description should been nachos with four mini tachos. Quality was very poor. The chicken in the wrap was minimal. Having provided feedback at the time we were told it was a new menu. Please charge more to provide better, as the quality was substandard. Very disappointing…. on a positive the cocktails were great.
Went on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was absolutely full. Despite being so busy, the staff managed quite well, and it helped that you can order and pay using your phone, which sped things up significantly. The food was fantastic—lots of interesting options, and I especially appreciated the wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The cakes were lovely too, with a variety that made it hard to choose just one! Overall, even with the crowd, it was a great experience. I’d definitely come back for another visit!
Great place for breakfast and food. Wide range of food. Suitable for vegetarians. Easily accessible and alot of seating area. Interior design is very nice. Staff were very friendly and kept checking on us when they were super busy. Drinks got served very quickly and followed with food after on such busy day.nThe burgers looks very good and worth a try
