Where do I start….from start to finish Grant L was absolutely phenomenal! He gave me loads of advice and basically took me by the hand through through the whole process. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest and also very handsome Couldn’t be happier with the service I received and will be recommending VTC and Grant to anyone looking for a car.
We bought a car from this place yesterday. The salesman, Grant, was very personable. There was no over the top sales talk just straight forward dealings. He just let us look around and was very efficient and helpful. Buying the car and picking it up were both very straightforward. We have used this place over the years and would highly recommend them.
We found Vehicle Trade Centre online from the U.S. after researching reputable used car dealers near Glasgow. From start to purchase and after, actually, we received excellent service. Grant was our salesperson, and he was patient with us throughout the process. He even offered to collect us at the airport to make it easier for us after a long series of flights. Post-purchase we had a few questions, and Grant promptly responded with solutions. We will definitely buy our next car from here, plus we have recommended VTC to friends, due to our confidence in them.
I spoke with Stephanie R and she was absolutely amazing. Wasn’t pushy about buying a car and spoke me through everything. Showed me lots of different options of cars all within my budget. The car I had bought she done everything she could to get it looking amazing for me and showed me through everything. Was so helpful with buying and financing the car too. Can’t thank her enough for everything she done for me.
Spoke to advisor on Monday, willing to put deposit down on car and told not to just to do it when I come down on Wednesday. Phoned to let them know I’d be there for 4 this afternnonWednesday and told the car was already sold and a deposit been put on it and that it was in a workshop being prepared for new buyer. Went to showroom across the road directly facing to find out the car that I was looking to buy is actually in there compound and an absolute shambles, was took in as a trade in and no v5c for the vehicle so can’t be sold yet. Company is a joke, stay away from vehicle trade centre. Advisor dealt with was named Eddie. Pics attached of what was displayed and what was seen.
Recently purchased a van through Malcolm Fletcher. Could not recommend the guy highly enough. 10/10 customer service. Always keeping me up to date on my purchase and necessary paperwork. Would definitely use the company and especially Malcolm again. Thanks for everything
Bought a car, listing mentioned 2 keys. Only provided with one. Called several times over the course of a couple of weeks, told they were checking for it and would let me know. When I collected the car after some warranty work was done, one salesman told me that there was only one key. Call after call I was told that they hadn’t had time to look for it and would call me when it turned up. Eventually gave up. Had to fight them to get a battery replacement on warranty. Disappointed to say the least.
Had a wonderful experience with Malcolm. He was helpful, confident and not at all pushy. I said what I was looking for and I got exactly that. Excellent customer service, great price and amazing value. Thank you.
Ok. Where to start?. Lets start with the positive. Actual sale was hassle free and sales man was polite and not pushy and had everything sorted for when we picked up the car. Now the Negative. After 6 weeks the problems started. Car struggled to get into 1st & 2nd gear, break warning light came on. Asked for the car to be checked over but they weren't interested because the 1 month warranty had ran out so I took it to an independent garage. Turns out I've got leaking transmission and car now needs a new clutch at the cost of £865. My advice. If buying a car from here get it independently checked before handing over your hard earned cash because even their mini service missed the lack of break fluid.
Sold us a car with multiple faults cleverly hidden on collection. They did accept some liability for it but had the car warm upon arrival so I couldn’t hear the loose timing chain smacking about on the cold start. AVOID!
