Bought a car from Ingram Hyundai and the process could not have been easier and more delightful. The salesman Darren was very helpful, polite, and made the whole process simple. I appreciated the family-run style business and felt very comfortable purchasing a car there. So thrilled with my new car!

Another good experience with this dealer.  Very helpful staff front of house as well as on the workshop/valeting side.  Reasonable prices for servicing etc.  Also picked up and dropped off my car from work at the hospital.  Overall, highly recommended.

Sadly I have to warn anyone wanting to service their car at Ingram Kilmarnock. I can not fault the customer service team but the mechanics and pricing are very poor. I was to be charged over £2500 to pass the MOT. Instead I arranged to have a second opinion in another garage. Only some of the issues needed resolved and some other issues were wrongly diagnosed. In total I saved almost £2000 by taking my car elsewhere. I wrongly assumed the best care would be provided at the manufacturer garage but instead they are ripping people off in my experience. Be very careful before taking your car to be serviced here. Not one star only because the customer service staff very polite and friendly.

This is a brilliant place to buy a car they stock New and used cars specialising in Hyundai and Seat! You can also get your car repaired. It has a really nice bunch of guys who are well mannered and do their best for you! I recommend this Sales Room and Garage. One of the Best.

Staff are all smiles selling you a car but as soon as something goes wrong with it then they don't want to know at all. Numerous promises were never kept to and I was constantly being lied to. Will never step foot in this dealership again and will make sure family and friends avoid also.

I contacted the team by email and explained I did not want anyone to telephone me and I was making a general enquiry and would visit sometime that day, and that is what happened I was under no pressure from anyone in the showroom and free to look around without being hounded. I cannot recommend them enough and will go back again.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this dealer. The car I bought from them was delivered to me without parcel shelf although I saw it fitted in the car on viewing. I informed them about the problem and chased the matter up but I didn't get any sound respond. After a couple of months I send them a complaint letter and I said to them that they are in breach of contract as the car is not as described and requested them to provide me a replacement parcel shelf. After this the dealer ordered a new parcel shelf and now I've got this in my car. If I hadn't send them the letter I wouldn't had a parcel shelf in my vehicle. I also had to change two front tires after 3 months3k miles of owning the car as they were dangerously close to legal limit.This isn't what you expect in the first months after buying a used car from Hyundai approved dealership. You would expect a top quality service from this dealer but it's not the case. It just a lot of hassle so be prepared, take your time and check everything!

Great service.  Ross @ Kilmarnock Ingram made the whole experience easy and he always kept in contact with us regarding every detail while waiting for our new car .. couldn't be happier

M y Tuscon waz recalled for a software update a petrol sticker and a adjustment of the handbrake. staff we welcoming took me to the lounge offered tea or coffee i went for hot chocolate sat for just over a hour came through helped me into my car they washed it and gave the car a wee kwik hoover overall very happy

Had a great experience buying my first car from Allan...All staff were very friendly and professional definitely deserves 5 stars!!!!
